Common causes of derailment in rotary tiller ridging machines
1: The disengagement of meshing teeth causes the rotary tiller to lose its gear. During the operation of the machine, it may cause significant axial wear on the directional steel ball groove of the meshing sleeve, resulting in axial movement of the steel ball of the rotary tiller.
2、 Excessive axial free clearance causes the rotary tiller to shift out of gear. Excessive axial free play is generally caused by excessive wear on the shift groove and control lever ball joint. Due to the large gap, the rotary tiller may experience gear shifting problems whenever it encounters load changes during use.
